Beschreibung
The invasion of Czechoslovak territory by Nazi ordnances with the aim of its violent annexation to the German Reich, because due to its predominantly Czech settlement it was not included in the post-Munich occupation, was thwarted by the Czechoslovak army and gendarmes. In the counterattack, four young Czechoslovak soldiers lost their lives. It was the only combat engagement to defend the borders of Czechoslovakia, which were not formed according to the Munich Agreement, but according to German military-strategic and economic considerations.
