The teaching material conveys and trains vocabulary and commonly used expressions and phrases that professionals in the tourism industry need for their work.
In Volume A1, course participants learn to communicate verbally in various situations in a hotel. Typical speaking and listening situations are practiced from the perspective of hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurant.
