Complete Greek (2019)

Complete Greek develops the skills needed to use Greek confidently in a range of settings through authentic conversations, vocabulary building, grammar explanations, practice and review, while also developing cultural awareness. By the end of the course, learners gain an intermediate-level foundation in reading, writing, speaking and listening and can communicate with confidence and accuracy. It is designed for learners moving from beginner to intermediate level, whether studying independently, with a tutor or in a beginner classroom, and can also serve as a refresher course. The course includes 12 learning units, a verb reference, word glossary and revision section, along with a Discovery Method for identifying rules and patterns, learning-to-learn tips, culture notes about the people and places of Greece, clear learning aims, authentic listening activities based on everyday conversations and self-assessment exercises. It covers ACTFL Novice Low to Advanced Low and CEFR A1 Beginner to B1/B2 Upper Intermediate levels. Audio is available through the Teach Yourself Library app or website.
