* Amendment to Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on Income Taxes * Amendment to Act No. 499/2004 Coll. on Archiving and File Services * Act No. 338/1992 Coll. on Property Tax ***** The amendment to Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on Income Taxes, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as "ZDP"), primarily reflects the possibility of creating sub-funds for entities other than SICAV-type investment funds. The amendment to the archival law was prompted by the need to unify the form of file service performance and to transition to its management in electronic systems of file service that meet the relevant requirements. Proper performance of file service is one of the prerequisites for the flawless fulfillment of the tasks of the state, territorial self-governing units, and other parts of the public sector.
