This Czech-language legal publication discusses an amendment to the Budgetary Rules Act concerning strategic army projects financed from the state defence budget under the Ministry of Defence. It proposes that the government may not reduce the Ministry of Defence’s total claims by claims arising from such expenditure. It also proposes allowing claims arising from a strategic army project under one programme, pursuant to Section 13(3), to be used for another strategic army project under a different programme, providing flexibility in using resources to finance the defence of the Czech Republic and reflecting the specific nature of the related acquisitions.
