Twelve men close to the prince Karel died at a feast held in the Augustinian monastery in Padua, Italy. Who and why attempted to eliminate the firstborn son of the Czech king? The adventurous campaign through northern Italian cities ends in failure, and after eleven years, Karel arrives in ravaged Bohemia.
