"Modern Dad, Čeněk and Nataša in quarantine! One sunny afternoon, someone in China eats a bat at a stand, and a few months later, on the other side of the globe, you and your family are barricaded at home because death lurks outside. You sew masks, clap from the window for healthcare workers, and tame the passions of your hyperactive schoolboy, whose education has partly fallen on you – schools are closed, after all. Gradually, you also start to hate all the household members, which is practical since you don't socialize with anyone else (you can't, anyway). Day by day, or rather month by month, you watch on TV a seemingly endless parade of new health ministers, as they inform the nation, with the same prime minister at their back, that the next three weeks will be crucial. And so you start to hate all other people too… And from time to time, of course, there are brief and confusing windows of relaxation and optimism – after all, Santa wears an FFP3 respirator.
