I won't say a word. On my soul… Professor of poetry at the remote Vermont University, Jonah Baum's life is turned upside down when his wife Rebecca and little daughter Sally disappear from home. Nothing indicates abduction — no signs of murder, no evidence that Rebecca left Jonah. Just Sally's chilling drawings, Jonah's little lies, and the sheriff's concerns that nothing is as it seems.
