"When the director of a state agency ends his life by jumping out of his office window in front of his astonished assistant, it is an indescribable shock for everyone around him. However, where others see a simple suicide, detective Miko Syrový knows of circumstances that cast the entire tragedy in a completely different light. Engineer David Raška was, in fact, his long-time friend. They spent their teenage years together and had also recently watched shocking footage on an anonymously delivered flash drive. Footage that neither of them would have preferred to see. But was that footage the reason for David's death? Miko embarks on an investigation, but soon his hands are tied by intervention from higher-ups. And it happens faster than he expected. Nevertheless, he manages to discover that there were likely more fires ignited around David Raška at the same time...
