They use their own special boards and tracks rather than joining the standard cards in your hand, moving between your aviary and a blooming hummingbird garden. Their speed and vivid colours create new strategic opportunities for gaining valuable points and bonuses. Nectar provides a wild food source, while new personal and public goal cards reflect the unique characteristics of Latin American birds. The expansion also includes additional nectar tokens and can be combined with other Wingspan expansions, including European and Oceania birds. A shortened-game variant is included for greater flexibility, especially with more players.
