The gradual expansion of increasingly overcrowded metropolises across the Earth's surface has reached a point where humanity has decided to seek a new home on the ocean floor. Seaweed farms will provide food, desalination plants will ensure a sufficient supply of drinking water, and laboratories are developing the technologies needed to build underwater cities. Players take on the responsibility of developing their assigned underwater areas. They gather the resources necessary for building cities, transportation infrastructure, and facilities essential for sustaining life beneath the ocean surface. All actions are performed by playing cards. If you use an action on the board by playing a color-matching card, you will gain a certain advantage. However, sometimes the execution of a specific action will be so important to you that you will want to use it even with the help of a card that does not match. Other times, the advantage of playing a color-matching card will be so significant that you will want to gain it even at the cost of using a less advantageous action on the board at that moment. Finding the right balance is key to building underwater areas suitable for human survival and is also the key to victory in this game.
