Beschreibung
Doctor Dolittle was so exceptional that he was appointed the personal physician to Queen Victoria of England. But that was in the past. A few years ago, he became a widower and has since been living in solitude, behind the walls of his once-grand estate, surrounded by a pack of animal friends with whom he gets along better than with people. But then a cheeky boy barges into his life, determined to become his apprentice, and at the same time, he is called to the queen, who has been struck down by a deadly disease. And since the cure for this illness can only be found on a myth-laden exotic island, Dolittle must embark on a very adventurous voyage into the unknown.
