In the remote region of Inner Dolpo, one can find Tibetan culture untouched by the Chinese Cultural Revolution. The local Bhoti people have lived the same life of daily rituals for centuries, in perfect harmony with the gods, humans, animals, and mountains. The film is a collection of visual probes into the everyday life in an utterly remote and inaccessible area of the mountainous Himalayas, west of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna massifs, right on the border with Tibet. The short film sketches have no commentary, they are edited only to the music of Martin Kratochvíl.
