Oskar Benda is annoyed that adults are almost always right, and children are not. And because he wants to get to the truth too, he decides to stop being a child and become someone else. Specifically, a police officer. He is indeed accepted into the police – as a police dog. With the rank of inspector, because no other uniform fits him.
