After several studio albums by singer-songwriter Petr Linhart, it was inevitable that there would be some sort of his symbolic "Best of" album. Fortunately, it was not created in the usual way, but rather in the best possible manner. The collection of nineteen songs, as a selection from previously released records, was recorded by Petr Linhart during a concert in Kladno and accompanied by guitarist Josef Štěpánek. The author's song narrative, inspired by both well-known and forgotten landscapes and the stories of local inhabitants, now resonates in its simplest and purest form. It requires only one thing from the listener: concentration. While listening to the album, you will soon succumb to the pleasant impression that you were also at the Kladno club Pod třešní on Thursday, April 14, 2022.
