Beschreibung
Another interesting concert event in the series 'Merta plus...' presents a compilation of two concerts featuring rock guitarist and accordionist Václav Veselý. The duo was formed spontaneously and somewhat by chance, with the concert playlists primarily consisting of songs written after Merta's longest ban, which was triggered by his performance at Porta 1986. Playing with Václav Veselý smoothly led to the founding of the famous band Dobrá úroda in 1988. The recordings come from concerts in Prague. The first - 'Prosecký' - disc features the main highlights from the duo's repertoire at the time, while the second - from the pre-Christmas Petynka - includes songs from the late sixties. Both discs showcase the musicians in good spirits, with the guitar dialogues sparkling, and more than two hours of typical lyrical and socially uncompromising Merta's poetry interspersed with joyful flights, enriched in the best sense of the word by the professional performances of both personalities on our music scene. Length: 2h 13m 12s.
