Workbook 4 belongs to a set of six workbooks compiled according to the RVP for kindergartens. In the workbook, children will meet more friends of the sprite Smíšek (the forest lord, and the fairies Pomněnka, Pivoňka, and Pampeliška), who live in a deep forest by a tall spruce tree. Two mischievous boys also visit the forest and cause damage. Whether both will improve is something children will discover while working with this workbook. Through functional pictures, children learn about rules of behavior towards others and the necessity of respecting the rights of other people. They have the opportunity to realize that personal differences among people are natural. They learn to establish natural contact with adults, cooperate with others (the content of the workbook includes two social games), and adhere to agreed rules in games and in life. They have the opportunity to express their needs, develop prosocial behavior, and also respect the wishes and needs of others. The story-based workbook leads children in a fun way to an interest in natural communication and the formation of their own opinions.
