What happens at team building, stays at team building. When you think you have everything going great and nothing can stop you, you're usually very mistaken. Ambitious corporate employee Aleš (Jakub Prachař) is transferred to the worst department - the call center - instead of getting promoted by his narcissistic boss (Alexander Bárta). There, he quickly has to figure out how to create a cohesive team with the quirky conspiracy theorist Marcela (Petra Polnišová), neurotic nihilist Michal (Vojta Kotek), model employee Jitka (Anna Polívková), and other bizarre colleagues. Only then can he defeat his former colleagues during the team-building weekend, save his new department from being shut down, and most importantly, find his lost self-esteem.
