Arnošt Goldflam recorded five chapters from his eponymous book in the Brno radio studio in 2013. Dramaturgical and directorial assistance by Alena Blažejovská. The protagonist of the short story collection is the author's father: tata. It captures particularly the 1950s and 1960s of the last century, the atmosphere of the freshly installed communist regime in Brno, and the situation of one Jewish family amidst it all. As Jakub Grombíř noted in Kulturní noviny: 'The small family history narrated against the backdrop of the fate of the Jewish nation recalls the stories of Ota Pavel, but Goldflam does not share his tendency towards idealization to the point of mythologizing and mainly describes things that people usually keep to themselves.'
