The period of terror was cut short by three professors from Miskatonic University, Dr. Henry Armitage, Dr. Francis Morgan, and Professor Warren Rice, who traveled to Dunwich armed with secret knowledge that allowed them to defeat the creature. Now, after several months, Dr. Armitage's colleagues are missing, and the worst fears are evident.
In the expansion campaign The Dunwich Legacy, 1 - 4 investigators will embark on a quest to find the missing professors in a campaign of eight scenarios that will take them from the notorious Clover Club to the prestigious Miskatonic University and into the dilapidated and treacherous village of Dunwich.
