Notes on a Conditional Form is the fourth album by the band The 1975, which, according to singer Matthew Healy, is inspired by British nightlife culture, encompassing the poetry of the London M25 circuit, late-night visits to McDonald's, and listening to garage music in a Peugeot 206. The album, which Healy said contains his best lyrics to date, stylistically approaches the alternative hip-hop band the Streets and the British electronic group Burial.
