In autumn 2022, the band Lucie prepared a great experience for its fans. After twenty years, they resumed the project Lucie in the Opera. The band set out on a tour in full formation, performing their hits in previously unheard arrangements by Czech Lion award-winning Kryštof Marek, accompanied by the Hradec Králové Philharmonic. The captivating combination of the sound of a rock band and a symphony orchestra provided an extraordinary experience, and the best moments were also recorded on an album. The mix and mastering were handled by the respected Danish producer and sound wizard Jacob Hansen. The second disc contains sympho rmx bonuses of selected hits produced by prominent Czech and Slovak producers. Compared to the concert Lucie in the Opera, which thrilled audiences in 2002, the band presented an even more elaborate project. The songs were performed in new symphonic arrangements by conductor Kryštof Marek, who won the Czech Lion award for the music to the film Masaryk. "His arrangements took Lucie in the Opera to a higher level," the band members point out, adding that composer Michal Nejtek also created arrangements for two songs.
