Synopsis
Los Angeles homicide detectives Jack Cole and Jim Campbell become partners while hunting a dangerous serial killer. Campbell, an experienced city cop, finds Cole an unusual colleague who wears Buddhist prayer beads, relies on ancient remedies and follows Eastern philosophies. As the investigation develops, Cole also becomes the prime suspect. Steven Seagal and Keenen Ivory Wayans lead this action crime thriller directed by John Gray.
