Synopsis
In the wine region of southern Moravia, in the picturesque village of Pálavice, we follow the lives of its inhabitants. We reunite with Michal Janák, the chairman of the Rozvoj Agricultural Cooperative and a winemaker at heart and soul, who faces more challenges than just his gallbladder this time. He deals with the construction of a corn dryer and confronts the opinions of the new chairman, Urban, who wants to introduce furniture production to the cooperative. Enter the resourceful Mr. Weber—a thief and a fraudster—who swindles Janák out of a large sum of money. However, Michal, along with his friends, devises a plan to catch the fraudster red-handed and reclaim the cooperative's money and his savings... Zralé víno (Mature Wine) is a loose sequel to the comedy Bouřlivé víno (Stormy Wine) from 1976.
