Synopsis
A spectacular film production telling the unknown fate of Lieutenant Stefan Wyszyński - the future Primate of Poland.
It is 1944, in the heat of war we meet the young priest Wyszyński, chaplain of the Kampine Forest branch. He also works in the rebel hospital. Everyone there knows him under the pseudonym "Radwan III". The reality of the war for Fr. Wyszynski, the forge of character, the struggle for hope and love, especially against enemies. How are we to forgive in the daily struggle?" asks the hero. In critical situations, Wyszyński faces judgment.
"Wyszynski - Revenge or Forgiveness" is the story of a man who, in the face of war, must make difficult choices and answer the question: "How can we love our enemies if we have to shoot them?"
The film won a special "Doors to Freedom" award for taking on the subject at 13. "Freedom to Freedom" was the theme of the 20th International Film Festival NNW 2021 in Gdynia.
It also won the Best Location and Set Design Award at the 17th International Film Festival Popoli e Religioni - Terni Film Festival.
