The 2022 WRC season begins a hybrid era that changes vehicle performance and race strategy. Players manage battery energy through engine mapping while competing across 165 timed stages. The game includes updated vehicle physics, team creation and management, and a redesigned Rally Sweden environment with six new stages. Custom liveries and stickers can be shared with the community, while the Leagues mode matches players against rivals of similar ability.
