Synopsis
From the tower balcony, castle keeper Oliva observes the everyday life of a charming little town with gentle tolerance and insight. Young teacher Robert is preparing to marry his colleague Julie, but everything changes when a mysterious circus arrives in the square. A magician who looks exactly like Oliva appears, accompanied by the beautiful Diana and her magical cat wearing sunglasses. During the evening performance, when Diana removes the cat’s glasses, hidden truths are revealed — unfaithful people turn yellow, liars purple, thieves grey, and those in love glow red. Robert turns red as he falls for Diana, forgetting his unfaithful fiancée. When fearful townsmen kidnap the magical cat, Robert’s pupils rebel and refuse to return until it is saved. Though the children’s courage prevails, Robert is left heartbroken as Diana and the magician depart, leaving behind a town forever changed by truth and love.
