This quick mix creates a rich onion-forward gravy with a hint of bacon and beef notes, traditionally served with diced pickles. Perfect over braised beef, alongside Czech knedlíky, or with roasted potatoes—an easy way to make an authentic-tasting meal in minutes.

Preparation Instructions:
Mix: Empty the packet into 500 ml of cold water and stir until smooth.
Add pickles: Dice 2–3 medium pickles and stir into the sauce.
Cook: Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve: Spoon over braised beef, dumplings, or roasted potatoes.
Tip: Add a little pickle brine for extra tang.
