Bring the taste of classic Czech guláš to your kitchen with Vitana Guláš Tradiční. This traditional goulash seasoning base blends sweet paprika, onion, and a carefully balanced spice mix to create the familiar aroma, deep color, and hearty flavor you expect from a proper guláš. Ideal for cooking with pork, beef, or other meats-easy to use and great for home cooking or stocking up with a 25-pack.

Preparation Instructions:
Prepare the meat:
Cut 500 g of unsalted pork or beef into cubes and sear in lard or oil over high heat.

Add the mix:
Stir in the contents of the packet, then immediately add 500 ml of lukewarm water and mix well.

Simmer:
Cover and cook gently for about 55–60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender.

Pressure cooker option:
Use only 300 ml of lukewarm water and pressure cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Dried ground onion, Salt, Dried chopped onion, Pork lard, Sweet paprika 4%, Flavors (contain gluten), Dried hydrolyzed soy protein, Spice mix, Colorant (ammonia caramel).
