Preparation Instructions:
Empty the contents of the packet into 0.5 liters of cold water and whisk until smooth.
Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Serve over roasted beef, dumplings, or vegetables.
Tip: For a richer, more traditional taste, add a splash of heavy cream or a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
