Create a rich, comforting potato side dish with this creamy seasoning mix featuring aromatic rosemary and a balanced blend of herbs and spices. Preparation Instructions:
You will need:
400 g of potatoes
1/2 small onion
200 ml of heavy cream (min. 30% fat)

Instructions:
1) Prepare the ingredients: Peel the potatoes and slice into thin rounds. Slice the onion into rings.
2) Mix the sauce: In a bowl, whisk the packet contents with 150 ml cold water and 200 ml heavy cream until smooth.
3) Layer: Pour half the mixture into a baking dish. Layer potatoes and onion alternately, then pour the remaining sauce over the top.
4) Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for about 35 minutes, until golden and tender. Cooking time may vary by oven.

Tip: For a crispier finish, sprinkle grated cheese on top before baking.
