Vitana Potato Dough Mix is a convenient base for classic Czech-style bramborové těsto, helping you prepare a smooth, versatile dough in minutes. Simply add cold water (and optionally an egg) to create a reliable dough suitable for both sweet and savory recipes. Ideal for bramborové knedlíky, ovocné knedlíky, plum-filled dumplings, potato pancakes, croquettes, and more. Ready in about 25 minutes and yields approximately 4–6 servings. Weight: 400 g / 14.11 oz.

Preparation Instructions:
Mix the contents with 0.4 l cold water (optionally add 1 egg).
Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Potato dumplings: Shape 4 rolls (about 15 cm long) and cook for 15 minutes.
Use immediately after preparation.
