Make your own jar of marinated cheese with this Vitana spice blend made for nakládaný sýr. A well-balanced mix of herbs with paprika, onion, and tomato notes brings a rich, savory aroma to many types of cheese-perfect for quick appetizers, party platters, and homemade cheese snacks. Great for seasoning Hermelín-style cheese as well as semi-hard and blue cheeses.

Preparation Instructions:
Serving suggestion – Marinated Cheese in a Jar:
Ingredients: 2 Camembert-style cheeses, 200 g Gouda, 200 g Edam, 100 g Balkan-style cheese, 100 g blue cheese, Vitana Pickled Cheese spice blend, vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), 1 red paprika, 1 red onion, 100 g green olives, chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cut the cheeses into pieces. Layer cheese with sliced vegetables and the spice blend in a clean jar, pour over oil to fully cover, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for several days.

Ingredients: Dried ground onion, dried crushed red paprika, dried crushed tomatoes, crushed black pepper, dried crushed green paprika, oregano, rosemary, dried wild garlic.
