Preparation Instructions:
1. Mix the baking powder into the flour before adding it to the dough.
2. Work the dough quickly so the baking powder activates mainly once it goes into the oven.
3. Recommended dosage for 500 g of flour:
Full packet (13 g) for sponge cakes and batters
2/3 packet for shortcrust pastries
1/3 packet for dumpling dough
Ingredients: Dry mix ingredients: Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Corn starch 14.7%.
