Goulash is a special mixture of goulash pepper, onion and garlic, which give the goulash its typical taste, complemented by cumin, pepper and marjoram. Due to the high content of peppers, the mixture is markedly red and naturally underlines the specific color of meat dishes. It is suitable for preparing beef, pork and veal goulash. It is also excellent for potato goulash, pepper sauces, tripe and bean soups.
