Goulash is a special blend of goulash paprika, onion, and garlic that gives the dish its distinctive taste, complemented by caraway seeds, pepper, and marjoram. With a high paprika content, the mix is vividly red, enhancing the natural color of meat dishes. It's suitable for preparing beef, pork, and veal goulash. It's also excellent in potato goulash, paprika sauces, tripe, and bean soups. Tip: Add the spices to the sautéed meat to prevent the paprika from turning bitter.
