Prepare potato pancake dough from grated potatoes, eggs, plain flour and spices. Add the smoked meat cut into strips and mix thoroughly. Make pancakes out of the dough and fry them on a pancake until golden on both sides. When serving, garnish the potato pancake with sauerkraut and sprinkle with chopped chives.
