Preparation Instructions:
1. Sift the contents of the package (450 g) into a mixing bowl. Gather the bread cubes in the center of the mixture.
2. Pour 250 ml of cold water over the bread cubes. (For softer dumplings, add 3 tablespoons of oil.) Let stand for 5 minutes to soak up the liquid.
3. Knead into a dough and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
4. On a floured surface, shape into two dumpling logs (about 15 cm long each).
5. Cook in gently simmering water for 20–25 minutes.
6. Slice into about 26 pieces and serve.
