With our dry mix, you can easily cook your favorite halušky in no time. The main ingredients of the mix are flour and dried potatoes, so all you need to do is add water. Halušky are perfect not only with bryndza cheese or smoked meat and cabbage but also make a great side dish for dishes like goulash.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix the contents of the packet with 0.25 liters of cold water, knead well, and let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Press the dough through a halušky sieve into unsalted boiling water and cook for about 1 minute (until the halušky float to the surface).
Remove the cooked halušky with a strainer, rinse with cold water, and toss with oil. You can mix them with fried bacon and top with bryndza or cottage cheese to taste. They are also delicious as strapacky with cabbage.
