Preparation Instructions:
Prepare the meat:
Cut 500 g of unsalted pork or beef into cubes and sear over lard or oil on high heat.

Add the mix:
Stir in the packet contents, then immediately add 500 ml of lukewarm water.

Simmer:
Cover and simmer gently for about 55–60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender.

Pressure cooker option:
For a faster method, add only 300 ml of lukewarm water and cook under pressure for 20 minutes on low heat.
