Do you love classic Czech cuisine? Try Vitana's traditional goulash. It contains sweet paprika, onion, and a blend of spices that give it a distinctive taste, aroma, and vibrant color. Perfect for making goulash with any type of meat.
Preparation Instructions:
Cut 500 g of unsalted meat (pork or beef) into cubes and sear it quickly in lard or oil.
Add the contents of the packet, mix thoroughly, and immediately add 500 ml of lukewarm water.
Simmer gently under a lid, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender (about 55-60 minutes).
You can also prepare the goulash in a pressure cooker. In this case, add only 300 ml of lukewarm water and cook on a gentle boil for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, dried ground onion, edible salt, dried chopped onion, pork lard, sweet ground paprika 4%, flavorings (contain gluten), dried soy hydrolysate, spice blend, coloring ammonium caramel.
