Do you love classic Czech cuisine? Try Vitana's traditional goulash. It contains sweet paprika, onion, and a blend of spices that give it a distinctive taste, aroma, and vibrant color. Perfect for making goulash with any type of meat.
Preparation Instructions:
Cut 500 g / 17.64 oz of unsalted meat (pork or beef) into cubes and sear it quickly in lard or oil.
Add the contents of the packet, mix thoroughly, and immediately add 500 ml / 16.91 fl oz of lukewarm water.
Simmer gently under a lid, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender (about 55-60 minutes).
You can also prepare the goulash in a pressure cooker. In this case, add only 300 ml / 10.14 fl oz of lukewarm water and cook on a gentle boil for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, dried ground onion, edible salt, dried chopped onion, pork lard, sweet ground paprika 4%, flavorings (contain gluten), dried soy hydrolysate, spice blend, coloring ammonium caramel.
