Bring the warm, spiced taste of traditional Czech perník to your kitchen with Vitana Gingerbread Cake Mix. This convenient dry baking mix helps you create a soft, fragrant gingerbread-style cake with minimal effort, and it can also be used as a base for festive gingerbread cookies. Simply add a few everyday ingredients, bake, and enjoy a classic homemade treat.

Preparation Instructions:
You will need: 350 ml water, 1 egg, 12 tablespoons of oil.

Empty the mix into a bowl, then add the water, egg, and oil. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tray (approx. 30 × 25 cm).
Bake in a preheated oven at 150–160 °C for 20–25 minutes.
Allow to cool and decorate as desired, e.g., with powdered icing.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, glucose, baking powder for gingerbread (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; spice blend including ground cinnamon 9.3% and ground star anise 0.3%), malt extract, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), colors (E150c, carminic acid, riboflavin), flavoring (ethylvanillin).
