Enjoy a hearty bowl of Vitana Poctivá Houbowá Polévka, a thick and creamy mushroom soup with visible pieces of mushrooms for an authentic, home-style taste. This traditional Czech-style soup combines porcini and champignons with roasted onion and a touch of bacon for a rich, full-bodied flavor-ideal for a warming lunch, quick dinner, or cozy evening meal.
Preparation Instructions:
Pour the contents of the sachet into 0.5 L water and 0.3 L milk, then stir until well combined.
Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes approximately 0.8 L of soup.
Ingredients: Roux (wheat flour, lard), starch, salt, mushrooms whole and ground 7.4% (champignons 5.6%, porcini 1.8%), maltodextrin, natural flavorings, roasted onion (rapeseed oil) 1.7%, fried bacon, flavorings, chives (0.3%), ground white pepper.
