Vitana Agar is a plant-based gelling agent in powdered form, ideal for creating reliably firm textures in both sweet and savory cooking. Use it for cakes, desserts, fruit jellies, and even vegetable aspics. One sachet is designed for 0.5 l of liquid, helping you achieve consistent results every time.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix the contents with 0.5 l of liquid.
Bring to a boil, then simmer briefly while stirring.
Pour into molds and allow to set.
Ingredients: Gelling agent: agar (seaweed), sugar.
Contains allergen: May contain traces of sesame, mustard, celery, and milk.
