Vincentka is a 100% natural mineral water drawn from a famous Czech лечебný spring, valued for its naturally high iodine content and broad spectrum of essential minerals. It’s commonly enjoyed as a refreshing drink and is also used as a supportive wellness supplement for active people, as well as pregnant and nursing women (within recommended daily limits). Thanks to its distinctive mineral profile, Vincentka can also be used in the kitchen and in various traditional health routines.

Preparation Instructions:
For general wellness: Drink 300 ml before breakfast and dinner for 21 days.
For pregnant & nursing women: Do not exceed 200 ml per day.
For electrolyte replenishment: Drink 400–600 ml after intense physical activity.
For daily iodine intake: Drink 25–30 ml.

Serving suggestions:
• Enjoy cold or warmed.
• Mix with fruit juice, add to salads, coffee, or alcoholic drinks.
• Make a refreshing spritzer with dry wine (1:1).

Important warnings:
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
• Avoid if you have an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism).
• Use with caution if you have kidney disease or leg swelling.
