Synopsis
In an abandoned clearing, a forest ranger (Oldřich Kaiser) finds the lifeless body of a man (Ondřej Vetchý). He manages to revive him, but the man remembers nothing. He doesn’t know how he ended up in the forest or why he is covered in blood, and instead of providing answers, he flees. The ranger follows him and gradually discovers that the man is entangled in a bloody vendetta, which he may have initiated himself, involving his fourteen-year-old daughter (Lucie Šteflová). Additionally, there are four million crowns at stake, two corrupt policemen (Igor Chmela, Marek Taclík), and a trio of young men (Ondřej Havel, Daniel Novák, Václav Vostárek) with guilty consciences. In one day, over the course of a few hours, a crime links the fates of several people. Nothing is as simple as it seems, as the line between vengeance and crime is very thin. Who among them is the murderer and who is the victim? Ondřej Vetchý and Oldřich Kaiser star in a thrilling drama that will get under your skin.
