Trabantem z Indie az domu 2x DVD
Synopsis
The final stage of Dan Přibáň's expedition and his "yellow circus" concludes their journey around the world, marked by the discovery of new experiences and a nostalgic reminder of the past. This longest "Trabant" series consists of fourteen half-hour episodes, culminating in an extended special. Behind the traditional viewer-friendly documentary comedy format lies a story about a rapidly changing world and the proximity and relevance of global events. The journey, spanning over 17,000 kilometers in five months, involves battling the wilderness, facing dangers with dark humor, and encountering both pleasant and unpleasant people. The expedition starts from the southern tip of India, travels through Nepal to the Himalayas in an attempt to break the altitude record for a two-stroke car, reaching over five kilometers above sea level. The route continues through the uncertain terrains of Pakistan, the heavily monitored China, and finally to Samarkand, the easternmost point of their first journey. From there, they trace their steps back home after eleven years, concluding with a grand welcome over the most beautiful 1000 kilometers through Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The yellow circus includes the traditional duo of Trabants, a Maluch, and a Jawa. Most of the team from the previous expedition returns, featuring Dan Přibáň, cameraman Zdeněk Krátký, and photographer Vojta Duchoslav in Trabant Egu, and Slovak musician and photographer Marek Duranský with newcomer Lukáš Venclík in Trabant Babu. The ever-optimistic Slovak motorcyclist Marek Slobodník also joins. The Polish crew for the Maluch remains uncertain, with firefighter Honza Setvín preparing the vehicle while uncertainly anticipating Radek's return.
