Description
Trabant vs. South America / Trabantem az na konec sveta DVD
Synopsis
Traveler Dan Přibáň and his team weren't satisfied with achieving the impossible by crossing Africa in a Trabant and making an independent film about it. They decided to embark on an even more challenging journey: 21,124 kilometers across South America to the end of the world. To make it more interesting, this time they wouldn't just travel in a Trabant. With a dream team of Czechs, Poles, and Slovaks, described by Dan as belonging "either in a madhouse or a scrapyard," they set off with two Trabants, a Polish Fiat, and a 1957 Jawa 250. They faced the toughest terrains South America has to offer, including the Amazon rainforest, 5,000-meter Andean passes, deserts, and the ocean. This crazy ride is far from carefree, but it's fascinating and entertaining. How can eight people from three countries who barely know each other endure four months in yellow submarines? The greatest challenge lies not outside, but within.
