Tomorrow I'll Wake Up and Scald Myself with Tea / Zitra vstanu a oparim se cajem DVD
Synopsis
The satirical comedy "Tomorrow I'll Wake Up and Scald Myself with Tea," directed by Jindřich Polák, was inspired by a science fiction short story by Josef Nesvadba. The central plot revolves around a group of former Nazis, who, thanks to anti-aging pills, live in an era where time travel is possible. They plan to deliver a hydrogen bomb to Hitler in order to alter history. The film is highly demanding in terms of special effects, as the storyline repeatedly shifts from the future to the past and vice versa, introducing an increasing number of doppelgängers of the main characters, particularly the twins Jan and Karel Bureš, both played by Petr Kostka. The film features Jiří Sovák, Vlastimil Brodský, and Vladimír Menšík as the zealous yet unlucky Nazis.
