Synopsis
Aging charmer and seducer Faun, whose real name is Karel (L. Suchařípa), lives in Prague's Malá Strana in a meticulously maintained attic apartment, furnished mostly with antique furniture. To the old housekeeper, however, he is a troublemaker. Faun works at a foreign trade company under a strict boss (L. Pospíšilová). He only pays attention to attractive younger female colleagues, except for the secretary Vlasta (V. Špicnerová), who is in love with him. Faun enjoys seducing unknown young women but always tries to get them out of his apartment in time so they don't disrupt his routine. However, time is relentless, and the fading charmer begins to realize this at every turn. One of his first revelations, upon seeing new beauties, is that he cannot keep up with everything. This is only the beginning of the embarrassingly comedic and ultimately tragic situations that inevitably await Faun…
