Synopsis
A seemingly empathetic and kindly-looking teacher manipulates her students to manipulate their parents for personal enrichment, whether in material benefits or even the prospect of a love affair. Concerned for their children's welfare, most parents of a primary school class succumb to the teacher's various services, gifts, and other attentions. However, three families decide to resist the teacher and, together with the school principal, attempt to overturn the situation at a covert class meeting. The gripping and highly relevant film, inspired by a true event, unfolds in the early 1980s. It tells a universal story that could happen anywhere and at any time, as corruption, as well as pettiness and calculation, constantly rule the world.
