Description
The Smallest Elephant in the World / Nejmensi slon na svete DVD
Synopsis
Béďa is a young elephant who never grew very big – in fact, he's only about the size of a puppy, barely reaching the ankles of normal elephants. In the elephant world, size and strength are highly valued, but despite being looked down upon (literally) by other elephants, Béďa remains undeterred. Together with his friend Eda, a cheeky hyrax (relatives of elephants and the only boy in preschool smaller than Béďa), he bravely tackles the challenges posed by his father and life itself. Béďa gradually overcomes his fear of ghosts, tries a suspiciously bubbly enlarging potion, learns that it's better to walk on his own short legs, and even saves the family pond from a brazen elephant bully named Helmut. Although Béďa faces many difficult obstacles that his "normal" peers do not, his small size gives him a unique perspective on the world, often helping to solve problems that leave the bigger elephants stumped.
